Heather Stewart’s extensive background with children began 15 years ago while studying abroad as a college student in Costa Rica, Australia, Guatemala, Spain, England and Ireland. Her three years traveling the globe learning about the family life and children of various cultures inspired her work as a creative children’s educator and entertainer committed to honoring childhood and nurturing the imagination.

Through the years, Heather has worked at Nature Place Day Camp in Chestnut Ridge, NY and served as the Director of Camp Enchantment along with teaching early childhood and after care programs in daycares, libraries and schools.

Heather is known as Fairy Una to the children. As an authentic Woodland Fairy she runs many nature and fantasy infused children’s events and parties. She inspires children to explore their imagination and come to know that "Magic is Real". With her talent for live storytelling and dramatic play Fairy Una takes the children on an unforgettable fantasy adventure sure to enchant every child.
